The best time to innovate is now

I had the pleasure to do an online presentation last week for an innovation day, and one of my focus was regarding the assessment of risks and rewards in innovation.

I referred to this article from Harvard Business Review titled “Roaring out of recession”:

In a nutshell, only cost cutting will not help your company in the long run, a mix of pragmatic financial analysis for our current time and some degree of innovation and an outlook for new opportunities.
