Last Saturday, I was invited to share my thoughts and experience around mindfulness and routines. It was part of the “Ditox morning” organised by Vanessa Tran.

I spoke about how meditation can help you “control” your mind (control in the sense of being spacious, not in a forceful way) and how morning routines can also contribute to master your days.

The first step of meditation is to reach a calm state of mind. Then, one can watch his thoughts and emotions without reacting to it (our natural tendency is to either be attached to the thought or reject it). Regular mindfulness practice is both helpful and effective, part of “successful” people’s morning routine.
